Why do you have hint.agp.0.disabled="1" to me that means your not using the freebsd gart driver. Are you using the nvidia one, you might want to check the README about gart.

Also is their a reason your not using release 6.0? I am using it and it seems fine. I even have dual monitors working like a charm.
