Booting with either/and noapic or acpi=off doesn't help

Tyan S2720 V1.02

Looks like I can go to V1.03, but I don't see a fix in the changlog that is appropiate.

Remember, we have 3 identical computers. One system with a Geforce 5200 is fine. The two other systems display identical problems.
