It's a big thread but chalk full of info. I'd start at the end and maybe work back. One thing I can advise is to take a laptop and test the unit before you take it home. Try a light gray test background and make sure you don't one with horrible vertical banding. That is the one thing other than lockups that the 42W2 has for known issues.
