Unhappy Xorg with and legacy 7182 crashes with signal 11

I have a problem with new legacy drivers under kernel (fedora patchlevel 2160 cvs) and newer fedora kernels. The xorg 7.0 crashes with signal 11:

(EE) NVIDIA(0): Unable to allocate DMA memory
(WW) NVIDIA(0): Video buffer DMA allocation failed

Anyone have any idea how to fix it?
