I just use VirtualDub and TMPGEnc for all my video encoding needs.

I've used TMPGEnc to convert DVD (VOB) to AVI but I need to convert DIVX files to DVD format. Can TMPGEnc do that? What frontend are you using?

I need a divx file to test out... I really don't have any videos on my PC that are in divx form...
EDIT: by DVD Format, do you mean VOB or mpeg2? |

Avi2Dvd is a great freeware tool for this. Check it out.
http://www.trustfm.net/divx/SoftwareAvi2Dvd.html DivXtoDVD works pretty well too. Just not freeware (at least not the latest version).

Probably not the one to offer more flexibility, and quality could probably be improved, but ConvertXtoDVD is damn straightforward, simple and fast.

I've used Nero Vision on a few downloaded UFC torrents and they came out pretty good. Program was fairly simple to use and because I need Nero 7 anyway why not.
