Yup, I've got a 5950ultra card here that's pretty much almost at the bottom of the pile. (7600GS, 6800LE (mod 12/6), 6200 (mod 8/3)).
The 5950ultra card was originally a bfg 5900 with a 5950ultra leadtek bios. I put the 5950ultra in my work box. Running a gl application caused my hard drive to drop out, indicating that the power supply can't handle the card at full speed. Is there any way to force the card to only run in mode 0 no matter what, at 1.2V?? I really don't want to reflash this again, especially if this card ends up going to a friend to upgrade his system later. Other ideas or do I have to flash this thing?? |
