Default Xorg Multiseat Issue

I'm having a problem setting up multiseat in Xorg with my single (dual output)card FX 5500. I'm using Xorg 7.1 and nvidia driver 1.0-8774.

Looking at the README Appx P - setting up the multi X screen, I have to use one ServerLayout section. If I do that, I can't map a separate keyboard and mouse to each screen. If I had 2 separate video cards, I could make a ServerLayout for each card and screen, but my single card with dual output won't let me.

Can anyone help my? I've also tried Xephyr, but can't seem to map the keyboard and mouse with it either.
