Default xv regression (plain blue instead of video)

Switching from 8178 to 8776 broke the xv output when twinview is in use.

...
Option "ConnectedMonitor" "CRT, TV"
Option "TwinView"
Option "TwinViewOrientation" "Clone"
Option "MetaModes" "1280x960_100,NULL; 640x480,640x480; 800x600_100,800x600; 1024x768_100,1024x768"
Option "SecondMonitorHorizSync" "30-50"
Option "SecondMonitorVertRefresh" "60"
Option "TVStandard" "PAL-B"
...

When using a dual mode (both CRT and TV active), the xv output area is blue (FreeBSD 6.1, xorg 6.9.0, GeForce4 MX 4000).
