Remove a nasty trojan/spyware

Ok, one of my family members got a really nasty spyware/dialer, mass e-mailer, trojan etc...

what happened he downloaded some fake security program, which opened door to everything else to download and install.

when everything was there, network connection was max, kept sending data all the time, with mass e-mails, almost nothing worked, no IE, no explorer half the time, no task manager etc.. spybot helped to get it under control.

i got almost everything removed except the mass e-mailer and a trojan.

now i'm stuck with that mass e-mailer and trojan. antivirus software is able to find the trojan but not remove it, and if it does remove it, few minutes later it shows up in different place and with different name.

tried antivir, nod, kaspersky, symantec corp., same problem.

so far nothing been able to find that mass e-mailer.

whats so good programs to stop this crap
