Default Geforce4 MX 4000 - XvMC Performance vs. Color Depth

I have a Geforce 4 MX4000. I have a simple question: is there a known relationship between X screen depth (16 bpp/24 bpp/32 bpp) vs. XvMC performance on these cards?

Specifically, will 24 bpp screen depth cause slower XvMC performance?

Thanks,

Chuck

I can't say that I've noticed anything. I can play 1080p/i content fine with the latest mplayer.
