geforce 6800gs 512mb
Running above graphics card with 450w psu pentuim 4, windows xp. started getting messages saying graphics card not receiving enough power - games would crash - assumed it was psu failing. bought new psu 650 watt installed it but now pc wont boot. Just black screen. No beeps nothing. Can hear fans running. Tried an old graphics card same thing wont boot. Any one have any ideas what is wrong?

I have now sorted problem - took cmos battery out of motherboard for half an hour replaced it and pc booted up to windows
