Mmmmm I bumped in to this today. Anyone here have anything good or bad to say about SteelSecurity? I'm a bit weary of but it looks pretty good. I need to get rid of zone alarm.
"SteelSecurity is a suite of applications put together into a single interface. It is aimed at the hardcore gamer who wants his/her computer secure while not having it eat away precious resources while gaming, either offline or online." http://www.steelseries.com/steelsecurity

It's nothing more than a re-skinned BullGuard, which is owned by Zone Labs, which makes Zone Alarm...

Mmmm, had no idea they were all the same people. Thanks for the info man. I'll hold off on anything for now. I do like the idea of a security system tailored to gamers that takes min resources.

I have the zone alarm suite and never noticed any kind of hit to my PC's performance. In fact compared to Symantic and McAffe, I find it to be far better.

I'm not too fond of this idea of having to set up profiles for every game. I already have to do this far too often with my SLI setup..
The thought of having popup messages every time I launch a new game or app makes me cringe..
