Running a Dell Latitude D820 with Fedora Core 6. I installed the NVIDIA-Linux-x86-1.0-9629-pkg1.run driver.
Things seem pretty good, but I am having trouble saving a new config file. When I click "Save to X Configuration File" My error is: [root@albus ~]# /usr/bin/nvidia-settings ERROR: Unable to determine valid vertical refresh ranges for display device 'LPL' (GPU: Quadro NVS 110M)! ERROR: Failed to add display device 'LPL' to screen 0! ERROR: Failed to add X screen 0 to X config. ERROR: Failed to add X screens to X config. ERROR: Failed to generate an X config file! Is there a resolution for this? Thanks |

This is a known bug which will be resolved in the next driver release.
Thanks, Lonni |

Do we have a clue as to when the next driver release might be? Can I sign up for notification?
Thanks |
