Sticky: Multi page stickies are inconvenient

Hi there,

There's about a dozen stickies on the front page.. While this isn't a problem, it makes the forum hard to browse when they are on "every" page (2,3,4,etc...). Is there a way to limit the stickies to the first page only? Maybe it's just me...

I think you would need to take that up with the nvnews.net guys, not the Mods here....

Would you recommend "forum_admin" or "webmaster" e-mail addresses?

@1920x1200, the 1st page of the forum is entirely covered by stickies. I have to scroll down to see any new posts. This isn't much of a problem. When I hit page two, it's only a little bit annoying. When I hit page3, my eyeball does the twitch thing....

PM MikeC (or post it to the forum feedback area). He's the owner of the site so if there's any way to resolve it he'll know. I'm guessing he doesn't visit this forum much so he probably won't see your post otherwise.

I've gone ahead and merged the x86/x86-64 release announcement threads to reduce the number of sticky threads slightly.

It seems there are already some sticky topics left. I think zander or someone else merged a couple of them.
