Default Card recommendations for FC6 with dual-head support

I've been tasked with finding the right nVidia graphics card for my Linux desktop. I run Fedora Core 6 (Xorg 7.1) with dual-monitors and I would like to ability to run desktop effects as well (compiz, aiglx).

What are you guy's recommendations for a reasonable PCI/PCIe nVidia card with at least 128mb of ram, supports dual-monitors and works best in my Linux desktop?

Note: Desktop is a Dell Optiplex GX620 so a card that supports the smaller form factor is a must.

Thank you,
Dan B.
