Default NVidia 6150

Pardon me if this has been asked before - I could not find any references. I have a MSI K8NGM2-FID motherboard with nForce chipset, and I believe the graphics chipset is a 6150. I cannot get DirectFB to work - the card is detected as NV00, and I et a "out of frequency" message from the monitor.

I have kernel 2.6.18 with modules fbcon + nvidiafb installed. According to fbset, the frame buffer device is "NV24".

Thanks.
