hi

I have got problem with new nvidia drivers

I don 't know what is wrong
I played in mohaa on linux 2.4 + old nvidia drivers- that works great.
But now I have got linux 2.6 + new nvidia drivers (9629)
I like this game and I can 't play. Can you help me please

Does the problem go away if you run `xrandr -s 640x480` before starting the game? If yes, then you're running into a known problem with 1.0-9629 that will be resolved in a future driver release.

From what you've posted, it sounds like MOHAA worked fine in an older nvidia driver, with a 2.4.x kernel, and then you upgraded both the kernel & the nvidia driver, and then the game no longer worked?

From the output you've posted, the only error is:
ERROR PlaySound: snd_step_metal needs an alias in ubersound.scr or uberdialog.scr - Please fix.

Which is a sound support problem unrelated to the nvidia driver. Are you able to go back to the 2.4.x kernel you were using and retest with the 1.0-9631 (released today) driver?

This will not be the first time mohaa has been broken by an nvidia driver.
Mohaa is Very beta and has many bugs. If you can pinpoint this to being broken by the nvidia driver post a bug report at icculus.org.
Just dont hold your breath on it being fixed in a hurry.
