Default svideo out questions

Ok, I searched and searched and found some info. I'm sorry to have bothered folks. I do have a few questions though that I can't seem to get definitive answers on.

1: Is it possible to get either 1080i/720p(i) via svideo out?

2: If it is, does it get scaled down by default?

3: If not, will it just default to 1024x768?

Right now the only thing connected to my 5200 is a projector via svideo. All I can seem to do is get 1024x768 and that is a bit jittery. I do not have the option to use dvi or the vga-out.

I think it is possible to get such high resolutions using s-video although I don't find it very nice. The s-video interface in general wasn't meant for such much data (bandwith). If it works the image quality is far from optimal but for simple stuff it might be acceptable.

Though I don't think your fx5200 supports it, I think its encoder is limited to 1024x768. (whereas this 1024x768 is already scaled down) I think you need at least a geforce6 based board in order to output HDTV resolutions using s-video.

How can you specify such resolutions if nvidia driver fallbacks to 1024x768, or only virtual desktop size matches the resolution. Also if using SVIDEO output (TVOutFormat) you can only specify PAL or NTSC standards no HD or such (as readme says).
How can you put larger resolutions through?
