Thumbs down how about you actually fix the problem, not close the thread?

Lonni,

My thread was not trolling. I was bumping it to make sure that other people are aware of the issue, so that if by some miracle someone discovers a fix, I can find out about it. Your response to this was to call my bumps "trolling" and close the thread. If that's nvidia's response to your inability and/or unwillingness to resolve a very real issue affecting at least one, and probably multiple, customers, then I'm definitely done with all nvidia products. And congratulations, you actually get top slot for worst support experience, ever. Enjoy. Good-bye to, you, and to nvidia, and good riddance to all of you.

Warmest regards,
a former nvidia customer and supporter
