This is driving me bonkers!
Exactly which driver am I supposed to install and from where for 3d hardware support. Yast2 just says to download from nVidia site, but doesn't give the full path to the ftp server. I did a full automatic update, as recommended, but it still says that my video driver is the dummy with no 3d capability. I'm a bit of a linux novice, so help in plain English would be helpful. I have now managed to find out how to do it, and my card is 3d enabled. Just a few minutes before your reply. Now trying to find ncpfs - which doesn't seem to be on the personal distro. Rob + |
