Square did not say every console would be recieving Final Fantasy, they said they will support all three consoles because they don't want a single console to be the obvious winner.

Final Fantasy XI released on the X360 becuase it was an easy port from the PC version and would generate more sales... that is all. I dout the X360 will recieve a dedicated new Final Fantasy from Square... theres just not enough for support in Japan for Square... and they always look at Japan when it comes to their console support.
