Default Bogus xrandr refresh rates

`xrandr` gives this on a SUSE Linux 10.1 with 1.0.9629 (x86/32):

Current rotation - normal
Current reflection - none
Rotations possible - normal
Reflections possible - none
Note how every refresh value is only used once!
Code:
for((i = 50; i < 140; ++i)); do echo -en "$i\t"; xrandr | grep '\b'$i'\b' | wc -l; done
This certainly is not right, especially since I am currently not in 50 Hz, but at 85.

xrandr -s 0 -r 50: 1280x1024x85Hz
xrandr -s 0 -r 78 or 79: 1280x1024x75Hz
xrandr -s 0 -r 80: 1280x1024x68Hz
xrandr -s 0 -r 81 or 82: 1280x1024x58Hz

I think this DynamicTwinview should be off by default when not using TwinView. (I use 2 independent screens)

I already found one game that has problems with this strange xrandr info:
http://thetain.net/TheTain.net_files/Myth2_160.exe (using wine) refuses to use most resolutions if it is on.

The purpose of DynamicTwinview is to allow someone to activate Twinview when its not already in use. If it were to be disabled when Twinview wasn't being used, that would negate its purpose. I'd suggest reading the README section referenced earlier for more information.

Thanks,
Lonni
