Hello, guys. I installed FreeBSD 6.2-release into my laptop and rebuit the kernel. I downloaded ther nvidia driver 1.0-9631 instead of 1.0-8776 in the ports and installed successfully using "make all install X11BASE=/X11/R6". Then I configured the xorg.conf file and all things went right but the systen crash down when I startx. When I tried to startx, the system whole freezed and reboot automaticlly after 4 to 6 seconds. I don't know why.
something about my laptop: AGP controler: ALi 1671 GPU: Geforce 2 Go with 32MB VRAM I rebuilt the kernel with customized configuration, I commentted the "options agp" and add two options: acpi and acpi_video |

Anything in /var/log/Xorg.0.log or /var/log/messages worth mentioning?
