Default Video Problems (help?!)

Lately whenever I've been watching video, regardless of the program, the video will go black. The only way to fix it is to go out of full screen and the video will show up again. It's only the video part of the screen that does it. Sure, there is the black parts on the bottom and top/sides because of the resolution of the video, but I can still tell where the video would be showing up and where it wouldn't be.. Audio still works too. I'm kinda confused as to why it would do that.

Help is appreciated, thanks.
