Nvidia 7300 LE on Ubuntu edgy crash

Hi,
I've a grafic card with Nvidia 7300 LE chipset and I use Ubuntu edgy. I try to install official driver but when I try to run a program that use openGL X crash and reboot. I can not run glxinfo and I can not use beryl or compiz for this reason....

I attach my bug-report...

can anyone help me?
