Default Color/Edge Distortion with TwinView on two CRTs

I just got an MSI GF 4 TI 4200 today and am having some troubles with TwinView.

The display spans both desktops properly, GL apps work. But the colors on what ever monitor is plugged into the DVI port (via VGA adaptor) have a heavy green hue and the edges of bright colors bleed to the right. If I take a screen cap everything looks fine.

I took a digital photo which can be viewed here:

As you can see, the OSD for monitor settings shows up correctly, but everything else is distorted.

My XF86Config-4 file:

And the startup messages from Xfree86.0.log:

I tried rebuilding my kernel without framebuffer support but that didn't effect anything.

I am using the debian packaged 4349 drivers.

Any help is greatly appreciated.

This should be updated to note that after further testing the problem persists during any use of the DVI head. In the console, with both the nvidia and the nv driver.

I also tried different DVI to VGA adaptors same results.

Defective card?

The return period on my card is approaching an end so if nobody has any other suggestions I am going to return it as defective.

I tried using the 4363 drivers with no success.

Thanks
