Hi,
i have just installed the nvidia drivers for my quadro fx2500 on Ubuntu Edgy following the Method 1 of this tutorial: http://doc.gwos.org/index.php/Latest_Nvidia_Edgy The problem is when i type on the terminal "nvidia-settigs" and it shows the configuration window i cant see the the way to change the resolution or choosing the Twinview mode. I have seen snapshots of this configuration window which shows the posibility of changing the resolution or choosing the Twinview mode Do you know why i cant? |

I'm wondering, cause I've posted a question similar to this one (http://www.nvnews.net/vbulletin/show...41#post1201241) and now I'm wondering if I can expect the same answer. Do you mean he should add his .log to the post? Or should he post his question somewhere else? Or is his description not detailled enough? Or maybe I'm missing something else? If so, let me/ us know cause then I can change my own post to your likings. |

What is meant is that you should follow the instructions in the sticky posts (including the one I referenced) and provide a bug report. The information that you've provided is not sufficient for anyone to diagnose what is going wrong on your system.
