Where is the Terminal?????

I am new to using Linspire. I have downloaded "NVIDIA-LINUX-x86-1.0-8178-1A32Pkg1.run" but I cannot find the place to type it in to make it run. I read the thread to Zildjian, but I don't know what the "Terminal" is or where to find it.

CTRL-ALT-F1 (or, CTRL-ALT-F2, ..-F3, -F4, -F7 -F12).
