Default RedHat drivers for Acer T180

I ma having a terrible time with trying to get the nForce drivers loaded that were provided by NVidia. I am running kernel 2.6.9-42 RHEL4_U4. I have tried building the network driver from source and loading from the provided rpm. Any ideas? When I do a lspci for the ethernet(onboard) I get the following output:
03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Marvell Technology Group Ltd.: Unknown device 4364 (rev 12)
Subsystem: Elitegroup Computer Systems: Unknown device 8056
Flags: bus master, fast devsel, latency 0, IRQ 225
Memory at fdcfc000 (64-bit, non-prefetchable) [size=16K]
I/O ports at ac00 [size=256]
Capabilities: [48] Power Management version 3
Capabilities: [50] Vital Product Data
Capabilities: [5c] Message Signalled Interrupts: 64bit+ Queue=0/0 Enable-
Capabilities: [e0] Express Legacy Endpoint IRQ 0
Capabilities: [100] Advanced Error Reporting
I have spent days searching for drivers and nothing in this forum has helped.

Marvell is not the same as NVIDIA. Based on the output you provided, this isn't an NVIDIA chipset.

This is an nVidia chipset....its an MCP61 chipset to be exact. AMD64 . I have attached the lspci -v output. You will see that it is indeed a nVidia Chipset.

Right, however per your first post, and again in your attached lspci output, I see:
03:00.0 Ethernet controller: Marvell Technology Group Ltd.: Unknown device 4364 (rev 12)

Correct ....I am in the process of loading RHEL5 to see which module it uses to load the ehternet card, I tried it this morning and it worked fine. Unfortunately nVidia has been of no help. Its strange that everything else on the system is nVidia but the on-board ethernet .

I'm an NVIDIA employee. I'm confused on how you want NVIDIA to help you with non-NVIDIA hardware.
