Question GeForce 6200 or MX4000 + Xorg 7.x + TVOut

Hi,

I am looking to to buy this for a Dell GX270 small form factor desktop.
http://www.xpcgear.com/208pci64tv.html OR
http://www.newegg.com/Product/Produc...82E16814130039

Do the Nvidia drivers work out of the box with Xorg 7.x+ shipped with CentOS 5.0 or Ubuntu 7.04 for providing TVOut to a NTSC TV?

If anyone here has gotten it work please let me know any special configuration that is required. And how is the quality of the TV output?

Thanks!!

Default Re: GeForce MX4000 + Xorg 7.x + TVOut

A better question would be what Nvidia AGP or low profile PCI card works best with Xorg 7.x+ and TVOut? And whats the picture quality on TV?

The Dell GX270 takes an AGP card and low profile PCI card. I would prefer to get an AGP card so that I can later use the PCI card for something else.
