Default installed nvidia driver on ubuntu, and now i have a blue screen

if i try to install nvidia driver on my ubuntu feisty, the screen became blu, and about blu (this mean i still can see windows, text and video clips, but they r all blue and about blue)
now i have reinstalled feisty, so i see normal, but i want to use the nvidia driver for compiz and to use my graphic card 100%.
What can i do for this?
Just tell me if i have to reinstall and post some command result......in any case i can always re-install ubuntu again:P
