Transferring License to Another Computer

Does anybody know the details of installing Vista on another computer and transferring the product key to that new computer? I'm in a situation where I have the FULL RETAIL (non OEM) version of Vista Ultimate (non upgrade) and want to transfer Vista onto the new build. I have no intention of keeping Vista on the old computer mind you. Also, how many times can the license/product key be transferred? Would it be safe to assume that I need to call Microsoft support to do this like with XP?

Unfortunately, Vista cannot be deactivated (like e.g. Adobe products), and activated again. So you will have to call Microsoft hotline, doing phone activation on new PC, and pursade them that it is your only installation.

If you do it 10-times within 1 month, they might object though

I've done it before with XP. I just called them up and explained that I had uninstalled XP completely on the old machine and wanted to install it on just the new machine. Just wanted to make sure it was the same process with Vista.
