Nvidia driver failure on Ubuntu 7.0.4 kernel 2.6.20-16-server

I have a RIVA TNT2 video card running on a standard Intel motherboard and a Pentium IV processor and i´m unable to install the nvidia video driver.

I´m using Ubuntu Server 7.0.4, kernel version 2.6.20-16-server and the installation fails. Here´s a portion of the log file, which i´m also attaching to this post:

Please use the 1.0-7185 NVIDIA Linux legacy graphics driver release.
