GLX crash at startup with 8800 GTX
Hi,
Xorg doesn't start with both 1.0.9755 and 100.14.06 under an up to date Debian unstable machine. Seem's to be a crash when "Initializing extension GLX" (see the strace log file) Tell me if you want more informations. Christian |

Does this problem persist if you install the official NVIDIA driver package?

Yes.
I did four driver installs. 2 with debian package and 2 with Nvidia installer. Christian |
