I don't know the answer but as it was written from NVidia, when two drivers try to use the same device things get nasty. Besides framebuffer is inside the linux kernel and nvidia can't write code that will be part of the kernel .

Providing console framebuffer support would require a non-trivial amount of work. There are no current plans to add this support.
