GPU running in the mid 70's is quite low.

Yeah, that's what I thought. I know they can get really hot.

I am also using both PCI-E connections from the PSU to the GTX. I wonder if I should try using a molex connector with an adapter and see if I get better results... seems like that was an issue for people a while back.

Could it be that my mobo just sucks at teh GPU OC????

Its also possible your GPU just can't do over 630Mhz on current voltages.... Id never touch those on a video card tho personally.

Here's what I got when I went to 640/1011 on 3mark06... it loaded proxycon, but before the benchmark animation started I got black screen, no signal, then this:

Not all cards are created equal. Like sniperman said, it is very possible your card simply can't go above that without upping the voltage to keep it stable.
