Exclamation twin view in a laptop

I am trying to activate twinview in my laptop

I have a Toshiba Satellite P100-ST9772 with a NVIdia dual head card.
I set the xorg "Device" to twinview. Ok, it works.

I have 2 display connectors: DVI and VGA.
in twinview mode the VGA is connected in the 1st monitor and is OK. The DVI should present the same image of the laptop display, as the 2nd monitor. However it does not work and only the laptop display is working.
Any clue?
