But anyways, OP got a refund (less 5%) and probably learned his lesson which is: "If you're uncertain, ask around first and buy later". This thread could be helpful for the next scam victim tho.

I'm a staunch believer in not buying any of those 3rd party "Pro level" gaming PC's unless you simply HAVE to have the alienware name and look becuase you can get the same, if not better performance from a system you can build yourself.

They don't use anything special in their computers that you can't get from newegg and build yourself for MUCH cheaper.
