Question Any news on nVidia chips supporting DDR3 any time soon?

Planning to buy a Striker Extreme soon, but is there any news of upcoming nVidia chipsets supporting DDR3? You know.. for futureproofing, since DDR3 prices are ridiculously high atm and for some time.

I'm a fan of nVidia, so 680i is the only chip to choose from atm
