Default Installing Red Hat 8 on Dell 4100/nVidia GeForce 2 Go

I have a Dell Inspiron 4100 with nVidia graphics card (GeForce 2 Go with 32MB I believe). It used to run Windows XP Pro. I am trying to install Red Hat Enterprise WS 2.1. Being new to Linux, I thought it would install OK, or Red Hat would support me, but no such luck. Although the "Test Settings" button at the end of the install process gave me a working 800x600 X display (on a 1400x1050 screen), after booting all I can get is blue/white flashing lines in that box.

Now I got the nVidia 4363 driver, but it needs me to have the kernel sources and I don't know how to do that. I'd also like confirmation that this is likely to work before I go off and build a new kernel interface or whatever. So, what is the RPM command to build these kernel sources (and from where) and has anyone done this?

Red Hat support was helpful, you just have to patient and wait a few hours between requests (which is the agreed service level). The up2date -f kernel-source command got the kernel headers and then the nVidia script ran with the parameter --kernel-include-path=/usr/src/linux-2.4.9-e.16/include
Then I just updated /etc/X11/XF86Config-4 replacing nv with nvidia and it is working now.
