Default 6800GT under Legacy Cards

Is my 6800GT a legacy card? According to the Nvidia docs it isn't but when I installed Ubuntu 7.04 AMD64 version the Restricted Drivers Manager detects it as such. Also in the nvidia-settings package I'm using driver 1.0-9631.

Any ideas on how can I go to a non-legacy driver?
