Default cant change TV out resolution

I have SONY BRAVIA 40" LCD.


and I cant change the resolution more than 1024x768

my video card 8800 GTS in fedora 7

When you have a TV like that, it is probably better to connect it with a VGA cable instead of trying to use TV-OUT.

and I want to use component, and the computer is not in the same room with TV, I use 15 meter wire I cant change It now
