Default System doesnt read My Video card

Here is the output of lspci, and its not reading my memory properly either, this is a 300+ mb card, evga 8800gts

The PCI ID database used by lspci is not maintained by NVIDIA, and the fact that your card isn't listed there is harmless. 256 MB is the maximum size for that memory resource. You can find how much memory is available on the card with nvidia-settings.
