Question NVIDIA OpenGL and Mesa 3D newbie question

Hello To all,

I have ubuntu 7.04 feisty with a GeForce 7600 GT and nvidia-glx driver installed, I was trying to install OpenCascade, one requirement is to have Mesa 3D library installed, I don't know if this library could be installed with Nvidia, please give me some comments, I am very newbie about all this.
