Question Installation without nVidia installer

I want to install nVidia drivers to another directory(e.g. /nfs/station1/usr), not to /usr. I have used "make install", but it does not work. All variables in makefile were OK.
Is here any way, how to do this job?

Forget the Makefiles, and do:

sh NVIDIA-Linux-<stuff>.run --xfree86-prefix=/nfs/station1/usr/X11R6 --opengl-prefix=/nfs/station1/usr --installer-prefix=/nfs/station1/usr

Or, sh NVIDIA-Linux-<stuff>.run -A for the rest of the advanced options.
