X6800 Extreme + Asus P5N32 SLI SE DELUXE

Hi Guys, my system is as follows:
Intel Core2duo x6800 extreme
Asus p5n32 sli se deluxe latest bios
2gb corsair xms2 8500+ 1066
2 x 150gb raptors
vista 32bit

also I have a asus 8800gtx

I will like to get some more out of my processor and memory but im not sure where to start. Ive had a little play in the bios but I cant seem to find settings to change such as clock speed etc, has anyone had any experience with this board or can give me any advice on what to oc and what to change my memory timings to, currently running at 5-5-5-15 and I cant seem to change them to 1066mhz, I can manually type it in where its currently 800mhz but then it doesnt post
