Default TwinView Output only on TV!!

Ive got a Geforce 4 connected by DVI and TV-Out for DVD playback.

When my System started i got both Output Devices DFP and TV but when X started the only output i got is on the TV. When I modify Option ConnectedMonitor to DFP only i got X on my DFP but no Output on TV

Any Idea??? Resolution ?? Any forgotten entry??

My System:

Gfx: Geforce 4 Ti4200
Driver: 4363

Section "Device"

BoardName "NVIDIA GeForce 4 (generic)"

Option "ConnectedMonitor" "DFP, TV"
Option "TwinView" "Enabled"
Option "TVStandard" "PAL-B"
Option "SecondMonitorHorizSync" "30-50"
Option "SecondMonitorVertRefresh" "60"
Option "TVOutFormat" "SVIDEO"

I thought there was an exception when using a DFP and a TV at the same time. For some reason the second head becomes the first and the way around. So turn it into:
ConnectedMonitor "TV, DFP"
