Hi,
Is there any cheap solution to rotate the Solaris desktop like in windows? The only solution i have found so far is a $3000 solution which lets you rotate the screen the way you want. Is this possible with the latest Solaris drivers for the Quadro cards? My setup will be a Quadro FX1500 or better together with a Sun Blade 1500. For this setup I need to work with my monitor in vertical position (rotated 90 degrees). |

Xrandr works perfectly fine on Sun Blade 1500. It allows clients to change the size and rotation of the root window of a screen, along with the ability to reflect the screen about either axis (if supported by the implementation)
