Hi, trying to play World of warcraft with wine and it works (~10fps) but get this warnings when running in debug.

The geforce4mx (of which the geforce4 440go is a version) doesn't support this extension. If the game doesn't find it, it isn't used. I doubt this is the reason the game is so slow. For WoW you need a reasonable videocard and cpu. Sure the first versions of wow had low requirements but they quickly realised for burning crusade that a GeforceFX 5700 or more is really needed. They haven't added really new 3d features or so.
I would say that your videocard is just too weak. |

If I recall right the Geforce4MX in turn is based on NV2x, ie Geforce2.
So it doesnt have any shaders at all unlike the GF3 and GF4.

Geforce4MX is usually an NV18.

ARB_occlusion_query is not related to shaders/programability. However, it is also not available on NV1x cards.
