I'm not sure what you're expecting. I already provided you with the Modes entry that you should be using, and you've not made that change, nor have you provided a new bug report.

Adding additional modes to xorg.conf doesn't work. There is a definite bug as to how scaling is handled for 640x480 and maybe other resolutions as well.

I've not seen any evidence of a bug. Anyone who wants assistance needs to follow the instructions that have been provided.
